2. Free Trial & Discounted Offer Terms

Eligibility: The free trial offer is available to new customers only who are interested in experiencing our personalized homeschooling services. The offer is limited to the first 5 clients who sign up each month.

Trial Period: The free trial is valid for one month from the date of activation. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the full-price monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Services Included in the Free Trial:

• Tailored curriculum plan for your child.

• One parent coaching session.

• Access to our exclusive homeschool community.

• Documentation support for your child’s learning.

Limited Availability: This offer is limited to the first 5 clients each month. If the spots are filled, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list.

No Obligation: There is no obligation to continue with the full-price subscription after the free trial period. You are free to cancel at any time during the trial. If you choose not to continue, you will not be charged.

Cancellation of the Free Trial: You may cancel your free trial at any time within the trial period by contacting us via email or using the cancellation option on your account page. Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in automatic billing at the full-price rate.

• Full Price: R8,000/month

3. Subscription Terms (After Free Trial)

Subscription Fee: After the free trial period, the subscription fee for the Homeschool Mastery Package is R8,000/month. Payments will be automatically processed on the same date each month following the trial period.

Billing Cycle: Your subscription will renew monthly, and you will be billed on the same date each month, starting after your free trial ends. Payments will be processed automatically unless canceled in advance.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty, by providing at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle. If you cancel after the billing date, you will be charged for that month, but you will not be billed again in the subsequent cycle.

Refund Policy: Since our service involves personalized curriculum and coaching, refunds are not available after payment has been processed. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us so we can work together on finding a solution or offer alternatives.

4. Usage of Content and Materials

Ownership of Materials: All curriculum plans, coaching materials, worksheets, and resources provided by Reignite Education are intellectual property owned by Reignite Education. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed without our written consent.

Permission to Use Feedback: By signing up for the trial, you agree to provide feedback about your experience with the service. Reignite Education may use this feedback for marketing purposes, including testimonials, case studies, or promotional content.

5. Client Responsibilities

Providing Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information about yourself and your child to allow us to create a tailored educational plan. Failure to do so may affect the quality of service provided.

Participation in the Program: You agree to actively engage in the program by attending coaching sessions, using the curriculum, and providing feedback as needed to ensure the best possible experience for you and your child.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reignite Education is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you are using our service at your own risk.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal Information: We value your privacy. Any personal information we collect will be used solely for providing our services to you and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. However, by using our services, you agree to hold Reignite Education harmless from any breaches that occur beyond our reasonable control.

8. Modifications to Terms

Reignite Education reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws and regulations of South Africa, and any legal proceedings will take place in the relevant jurisdiction.
